At Harrow Way, all of our Senior Leadership Team are trained as Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSL).

Mrs Katy Woods, Deputy Headteacher for Inclusion, Behaviour and Welfare, leads on this area of school. She is supported by Mrs Paula Lindfield, Safeguarding and Family Supprt Lead, Mr Nic Reed, Assistant Headteacher and Mrs Racheal Branston-Jones, Assistant Year Leader.

The Designated Safeguarding Leads are clear about their role, have sufficient time and receive relevant support and training, to undertake their roles, which includes close contact with outside agencies, including Social Care, the Hampshire County Council Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) and relevant health care organisations.
