In our common pursuit for excellence for all, we believe that everyone in our community must be involved in our strategic planning. From robust and honest self-evaluation of where we believe we are at the end of academic year 2023/24, we have devised together the following key priorities below. These will govern our short and medium term planning and will underpin our three year strategic planning through to 2028. This will ensure we are a high performing, inclusive and oversubscribed school of choice for the local community. We have also considered our Ofsted Priorities from our last inspection.
