On 10th December, twelve Year 9 science students were invited to Le Creuset head office to explore the cutting edge technology of induction cooking. Students learned about these innovative new hobs and LeCreuset products through a series of exciting demonstrations including burning bank notes and pans sawed in half (see pictures!). They were then divided into teams and asked to utilize their science knowledge to explain induction cooking for the public. The teams delivered excellent presentations and really showed off their science skills. LeCreuset were very impressed with the work and may even use some of the ideas and imaging for future marketing.
