Year 8 Geographers have been learning about the coast and how different rock types erode at different rates. Today, pupils were using cake to demonstrate the creation of headlands and bays. The layers of the cake represent different rock types and pupils made videos explaining the different types and rates of coastal erosion. No cake was harmed during the making of this lesson.
