The squad of twenty eight runners all performed excellently and were a huge credit to Harrow Way and themselves, not just because of their determination to finish the course and do well for their school, but for their excellent behaviour and attitude during the afternoon.
The Year 7 boys finished in strong positions, with OIlie Cox and Adam Eaton coming in 4th and 5th respectively. Tia Dewhurst was the first home for the Year 7 girls in an excellent 6th place. Well done to the Year 8 boys who worked well as a team over the first couple of laps. Wayne Ashton was the first to finish in a hard-earned sixth place. Cerys Cousins was the first to finish for the Year 8 girls.
Well done to all the runners!
