Harrow Way students have shown excellent leadership skills at local sports days.
Jonathan Akehurst, Stephanie Jackson (Year 11), Jordan Simcox and Brendan Harris (Year 9) led activities at Kimpton sports day recently. They impressed staff and parents with their measuring of the javelin throws, speed bouncing and standing long jumps, as well as with their professionalism.
Year 8 students Emma Jones, Emma Helsdown, Beth Jeffries, Ben Cox, Mark Todd and Callum Bendall showed superb organisation, team work and energy at Portway Junior School Sports afternoon. In front of all 350 Portway students and many more parents, Mr Deery, Miss Windross and Mrs Seymour praised all the students for their excellent work.

Well done to all the students; yet again you are a huge credit to yourselves and to Harrow Way Community School!
