Year 9
Harrow Way 16 – John Hanson 4
This was a much improved performance from this team. They have really started to work on their passing down the court and are making far less errors. The team has also been working on their first line of defence (putting arms up and maintaining 1 metre distance) in order to make opposition throw the ball high to give us more time to intercept.
Vicky Wells worked hard at wing defence with Lauren Willis at goal defence and managed to stop the hall getting into the shooting circle. Georgina Harris and Chelsey Renshaw put more goals away and followed up with rebounds when it was required. Well done to a much improved squad.

Year 10/11
Harrow Way 32 – John Hanson 2
An excellent win for a team with real strength and depth in its squad; Harrow Way was able to play its whole squad in the match and still maintain shape and form. The passing down the court was delightful to watch and few mistakes were made.
The shooters put away their chances and the defence turned into attacks the whole time. Anna Bazzoni led the way in defending and Ella Howells raised her game in turn, time and time again stopping John Hanson from receiving the ball in the circle. Abbie Portsmouth and Kelly Butler came on at half time and continued where other squad members had started.
Still unbeaten. Well done!
