This meeting is to provide you with further details, see a PowerPoint presentation showing aspects of the trip and also to provide the opportunity to view the ski clothing that is for hire. 

At this Parents’ Evening we will be collecting important information regarding passports and contact details.  Each child will need a valid passport of their own.  If your child does not already hold a full passport it is advisable to start the process of applying now!  We would like to check passports at this Parents’ Evening, although we will not be taking them in until the week before departure.

Please ensure that your child has a current European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) for the trip.
