The ex-students’ pantomime, Sinbad the Sailor’ has begun its run in Monxton Village Hall. This year they feature a six piece band playing songs drawn largely from the golden era of Rock’n’Roll. Including ‘At the Hop’, ‘Three Steps to Heaven’, ‘Rave On’ and many others.
The show began its run on Wednesday 11th February with a performance to The Gateway Club and continues on Thursday 12th, Friday 13th & Saturday 14th. Performances are at 7.30pm with a matinee performance at 2pm on Saturday. Tickets may be bought from Waterstone’s book shop in Chantry Centre or there are a limited number available on the door.
