Thursday evening witnessed another very special event in the history of Harrow Way School football, as the Yr 11 ‘eagles’ advanced into the semi-finals of the Hampshire County Cup. This is the third time in four years that this talented squad of players has reached the semi-final stage. A remarkable achievement considering the strength in depth of all the secondary schools in Hampshire. Their outstanding performances deserve the utmost praise, and hopefully they can make history and become Harrow Way ‘legends’, by becoming the first Harrow Way team to actually win the trophy. No matter what the result of the semi-final, this team through their consistent success, already lays claim to be the ‘greatest’ to have passed through the doors of the school. The whole school wishes them the very best of luck in their semi-final match. Full match report click here.
